What happens if I go over my plan's order limit?
Your platform keeps working. We don't shut anything off. We'll show you a banner suggesting a plan upgrade for the next billing cycle, and overage is charged at ₹1.50/order so you're never blindsided.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are immediate and pro-rated against your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date — you keep the higher tier until then.
Is the annual plan really 2 months free?
Yes. The annual price is 10× the monthly price, so months 11 and 12 are free. Example: ₹499/mo → ₹4,990/year (₹998 saved). Same logic for every paid tier.
What payment methods do you accept?
All Razorpay methods — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets. UPI AutoPay mandate is supported for auto-renew so you never miss a renewal. Enterprise plans can pay via NEFT/bank transfer against an invoice.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. Every payment generates a GST-compliant tax invoice with your GSTIN. Available as PDF from your billing dashboard. We also support e-invoicing (IRN + QR) on Business and Enterprise plans.
What's the 15-day grace period?
If your renewal payment fails, your account keeps working at full power for 15 days — no feature lockout. We send WhatsApp + email reminders, Razorpay auto-retries 3 times. After 15 days, the account becomes read-only until renewed (your data is never deleted).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing screen, no calls or emails required. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable mid-cycle (we'll honour the remaining time).
Is my data safe and compliant?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Hosted on Indian regions only. SOC 2 Type II audited infrastructure. Daily encrypted backups with point-in-time recovery up to 7 days.
