We grew up in a city of dabbawalas and family kirana shops. We started Shiptrack because that hustle deserves better software than three WhatsApp groups and an Excel sheet.
In 2023, our founder Prateek's family ran a small dairy on the outskirts of Bengaluru — 8 drivers, 200 customers, and a 14-year-old Tally license. Every Saturday evening was reconciling cash, every Sunday morning was setting up next week's routes on a printed Bengaluru map.
We tried every "Indian Shopify-for-delivery" tool on the market. They were either too expensive (₹15k/mo+ minimums), too American (no GST, no UPI, no WhatsApp), or both. So we built our own — first for the dairy, then for the tiffin business next door.
Today Shiptrack runs delivery operations for 200+ Indian D2C brands, cloud kitchens, franchises and distributors across 28 cities. We're profitable, India-incorporated, and have zero plans to sell out to a Silicon Valley aggregator.
